Looks a bit boring in that DW/N3 "walk around hitting large crowds of enemies that fall down in 1 hit and don't put up a challenge" way. Also the repeated zoom-in everytime he gets bitten seems like it could get annoying.

Otherwise the graphics are pretty good.

I don't really dig the camera, in general...but it's a Japanese game...most Japanese action games seem to have irritatingly off camera designs, IMO....particularly Capcom stuff. Still, it looks fun in its own way, if the context of the game is purely survival and not outright elimination of the zombies masses.

Definitely. Watching that Capcom trailer for Dead Rising convinced me this game has the most photo realistic environments of any game I've seen yet.

did you even watch the vid? besides the cartoonish characters you could easily pass the background as real life film/tv footage. the lighting and color is nuts. if we're getting this out of a first gen capcom game will we even really need a gen after this??? :lol by the end of next gen ps3 and 360 are gonna be just surreal. 10 year lifespans baby!

Just watched the trailer in the sticky and it looked amazing. The character animation needs a little tweaking, but the environments are near photo-real. If the game continues to progress at the rate it has it's going to be a stunner.

The leap from E3 to now is just crazy. Ditto for Kameo and a few others. Must be the BETA KITS.
