if any of you with PSPs fly on over to gamespot you'll notice they have some direct to psp format downloads available , videos I"m talking. Well I downloaded the soul calibur 3 trailer and they have it very poorly encoded its super artifacted and the subtitles for the interview with the programmers are cut off.

It's a cool idea to put that up but make sure its been tested next time guys.

Some of you might ask why I didn't just post this over there... well have you been to the gamespot forums ? .. yeah.

Anyone else try it out ?

IGN has PSP format downloads as well. Don't know how good those are.

I just downloaded an IGN vid and it looks nice. But it's weird cause the original size of the video covers the whole PSP screen...I thought you can't encode files in 16x9?

They're the GameFaqs forums integrated into the Gamespot interface. Horrible. Greg reads GAF though.

Well Upon further inspectionit turns out the original file is to blame for the PSP video sucking. The full size soul calibur 3 video they have has cutoff subtitles and horribly artifacted picture so I guess the psp video port off actually went well....

maybe someone over there should check that video and find a replacement file that has the subtitles intact atleast ?
