Do all these sites have protocol in place to allow friends/family to get their profiles deleted if they die? Should people keep a password list in their will to allow information to be accessed/deleted?

I think maybe it's better overall to have some way of knowing what happened.
A friend of my mom's who has been a little loopy these past couple years - mom sent a birthday card recently that got returned as being to the wrong address. No forwarding address so we don't know if her children moved her to a home or out of state or if she died or what happened.
I knew a guy who died. Didn't even know him that well but someone phoned me about it. Now, even today, his Facebook is still up and every day someone posts on his wall 'we miss you' or 'rip' after 2 years. I don't know how his brothers feel about that. I would kind of like mine deleted once I'm gone I think.
