I feel so bad for people with this condition. I remember reading about a couple of women with this a few years ago and I'm pretty sure at least one of them ended up committing suicide. The range of reactions they get runs the gamut from disgust to total disbelief to "boy that sounds like a problem I'd like to have!" But then you see a video like this and you realize this condition ruins lives, and I'd be surprised if anyone is even looking for a solution because it is so rare. There is very little anyone can do for them right now.
