Decent XBL replacement headset?

The default ones are pieces of shit. Mine just broke yesterday (the little piece of plastic that clips to the headpiece), and a friend of mine broke TWO. What's a decent replacement pair? Preferably "real" over-the-head headphones, not the stupid shit that clips behind your ear (that incidentally almost every headset I've seen uses).

I saw a $15 Plantronics one at a Walmart that looked good, but it wasn't there when I checked today.

Any suggestions?

I bought this one when my official headset broke. It's decent, I've heard people complain that they can hear background noise more than the official dealy (if i'm playing music on my PC or something). But it's good for the price.

Then I decided to just tape the official one back together, works fine.

I've got a plantronics GameCom X20 (which is, afaict, a rebranded MX150), which is fantastic, but it uses a slightly weird way to attach (it sort of clips under your ear with a rubbery flap thing), which you'll either love (i do, anyway), or hate. It's great for me, though, since behind-the-ear ones don't go well with glasses. Plantronics also do an over-the-head type one, i think (the X10, i think it's called?), or you can just use any of their mobile phone headsets with the standard plug.

Can you use a regular PC USB headset on the PS2? I plugged my PS2 headset on my PC and it worked fine, I wonder if it works the other way around.

I hate in-the-ear headphones with a burning passion. The X10 is probably what I saw at Walmart, I'll look for that I guess.

what i wanna know is where the heck can you buy just the piece that fits into your remote, seems like you can only get that if you buy an official headset xbox live account pack. can you find it as a stand alone or with aftermarket headsets?

Get the Plantronics x20. It's cheap and it's the best Xbox Live headset I've tried on, and I've tried alot of them including the Halo 2 headset. The x20 is the best of the bunch.
