That's one thing that's always annoyed me about Deep Discount. You can't tell if something's out of stock until you place the order.

But yeah, they'll ship out the in-stock stuff first and the rest later. They won't charge you for shipping the backordered DVD, even if you opted to pass on their free shipping to being with.

I tried to place an order during the day yesterday and it was non-stop crash city. Then I gave it another go last night around 10pm EST and it went relatively smoothly. Dunno if the hassle is worth the 20% to you, but you may want to give it another shot later tonight.
