Fruits, veggies, grains. No meat 🍖
Breakfast: waffles, cinnamon biscuits from Hardee's, tots, fruits, naked smoothies
Lunch: rice and veggies
Dinner: more breakfast food, veggie burgers 🍔, salad

Weight falls off me when I cut meat. Lost 40lb without exercise or calorie counting

Multi vitamins

Pancakes (Made from Oats, egg, egg whites, low fat yogurt, berries) and i put peanut butter, cinnamon and no sugar syrup on it.

9:30

Apple and a Protein Bar

10:30 I go to the gym

11:30

Protein shake and 2 Smart Ones (frozen dinners)

2:30

Orange and Peanuts

5:30

Steak or Chicken

I eat 2 cheat meals a week and i only drink water and some diet dr pepper.
