It's probably an actual drop since the player actually stopped for a second before doing it again to try and reproduce it.

You can't analyze jaggies/resolution at all with how footage is compressed though.

Don't be too worried. Recordings off the Xbox have issues. I've had similar with other games despite it running perfectly fine otherwise.

Some nasty frame drops, but it's just a beta. Looks really good, though. Graphics seem improved from the alpha, so the PS4 version should look great.

Alpha was 1080p on PS4 and was pretty smooth, I can't see them going back on that.

How do you know this? Its a DVR clip of a Beta. There were no frame drops when he was firing on the enemies, but there was when standing still looking at a blank wall? Its either a bug or something going on with the clip. Either way this is not the final game, I don;t think we can make statements like this until its actually out and know for sure.

I think they said 1080p /30 fps on both versions. The 1080 could be achieved on the xbone thanks to the kinectless SDK

If the main game is really going to be pushing 40GB per Sony, then this isn't all that surprising. Game sizes will continue to inflate now that Blu Ray is in both the PS4 and Xbox One and a 500GB HDD comes standard as well.
