If I buy the TTK CE from Amazon will I get separate codes for everything? Basically I'd like to gift the TDB & HoW codes to someone who doesn't yet have them and is interested in TTK but not at that price point. If I preorder directly from Sony that would not be possible so I would be willing to go with Amazon to help a fellow Gaffer!

Oh, and yay to another way to make it harder for not so cool or god-like at the game peeps like me to find folks to play with :(

I'm sure you're doing it the best way possible with the tools available, just throwing out a different scenario. As Gutz and Kurt pointed out, I'm not short on resources just based on my friend list. I just liked the play style and activity grouping vs time of day / week.

Big NF changes coming

Another thing we didn't like about the Year 1 Nightfall was how players could feel forced to play Nightfall as early as possible in the week to maximize the benefit from the Nightfall buff. So, we've shelved that buff until we can reform it into something closer to its original intent - a mark of prestige for having achieved something challenging. We've adjusted sources of XP and Reputation up to account for its absence.
Now Requires Level 40
Wiping no longer returns Fireteams to Orbit
Now uses 30 second time-out penalty for Death (same as Raid Normal)

Any recommendations on a shotgun for PVP? I seem to get killed by some people from quite a far distance. Only ones I've got is Matador 64, Hard Luck Charm and Invective.

You made a valid call, just wanted to make sure you knew you had at least one guy willing to game with you when you want.

I hear you. Totally kosher with me if you want to join both PS4 groups- just give it a day or so after you join one to join the other. Actually if you use an email filter to check out the listings instead of the site it'll almost be like you're in one big group (will post some instructions on doing this in Gmail).

You've already got arguably the best one in the matador. Gotta reroll it for shot package and some range boosts to get to the range cap though.

Accounts receive Legendary Marks for completing the first three Weekly Strikes
Removed the Weekly Cap on how many Legendary Marks can be earned.
Guarantee a Legendary Engram drop from a character's first clear of a Weekly Heroic Strike

Daily Heroic/Daily PVP
It's important to us that Destiny remain compatible with real life. Playing multiple characters can sometimes feel like a job or a chore, the Daily Heroic and Daily PVP often felt that way. So we increased their rewards and made them an account completion. We want players to choose which characters they want to play on and earn Legendary Marks on.

Update 2.0 marks the beginning of Destiny Year Two. We want to make sure you’re prepared when it drops, so Destiny Player Support is doing the most to ensure you know your foe. All Destiny players will be required to download and apply the Update to continue playing even if they do not purchase Destiny: The Taken King. Below are some of the big items to help you fully prepare for the update on September 8, 2015.
