It'd be weird if we got a Nocturne or SMT IV anime or whatever and it had this kind of pandering (though pandering would likely have to come from sexy demons, lol) but Devil Survivor is a series with designs from a manga artist, and DS2 has an anime...I don't think it's that weird.

i know I made a joke saying I was glad the anti-grav boobs were back, but to be entirely honest, i think they're incredible obnoxious, especially on Io, Fumi & Hinako.
Io/Fumi herself would look 1000X better with smaller breasts.
Eh its not unusual for Devil Survivor. Nothing too bad either.

I like Io, too. There were lots of good characters in the game.
If I remember right, there isn't really anything too OMG SPOILERS in the game that would ruin it like say... Persona 4.
I wouldn't worry about it. The anime will only follow one route so there's a good chance your story will play out differently anyway.
I don't think any of the new material is in the anime. It just started airing.

The anime will be only 13 episodes. I am pretty sure it will only cover the original content.
Everyone in the game are good characters except Keita. Keita sucks.

Absolutely. If the characters could have been further developed though, he could have been turned into a Kanji. Maybe Break Record will do that.

That looks really funky but a lot more interesting than the typical animated cutscenes.
Actually im on a similar situation. I played through the first one on DS but I bought the second one and I still have it sealed.
is this coming states-side? should I sell my DS one and wait for this if I have a 3DS?
No official word yet, but I would expect this to come stateside.
Holy shit, this looks excellent. Depending on how good is the extra content, Break Record could be my favorite SMT game. Loved, loved 2.
