I was planning on being on the giving side of the pay it forward, but I screwed up my PS3->PS4 character transfer and now I am without my old characters or any of the resources. So I'm hoping to start on the receiving side and spread from there.

Had no idea this became a movement. I haven't been able to play since Wednesday, but I'll obviously do everything I can to help fellow players out (while needing help myself; I'm pretty new to this). I got my Crusader to level 14 before I had to stop (playing on expert difficulty).

Blizzard giveth and Blizzard taketh away. Logging into today my gold has been readjusted back to the paltry 1 million I had prior to doing my save transfer. It doesn't look like any other changes were made on my character though. Still same items and whatnot. However, as I am now a bit if a pauper, I won't be able to send anymore gold packages out.

I don't know about everyone else, but my gold from you is also gone
Everyone else I have talked to still has the gold I sent them. I have a feeling that whatever data corruption on my save that resulted in the high value on my gold was corrected. That shouldn't extend to other's saves. Sorry to hear your gold disappeared though.

Damn man, I wish I could send you some of your gold back...I'm sorry! I sent 8 gaffers 1 million each of the gold you gave me and kept 1 million for myself but after crafting some sets and jewels I'm broke again...

I just wanted to drop in and say thanks to the folks that left the nice, and much needed, gifts in the mailbox yesterday. It couldn't have come at a better time (my missus' demon hunter build is easily outclassing my Crusader much to my horror). I did what I could and sent out a 1,000,000 gold in repayment to two of my three benefactors.
As for the third, I'm sorry but I missed who it was because I accepted the gift so fast that I didn't register who it was from
I've a few legendary's I'd like to gift however since I was relatively low-level when I found them, will the gifts scale up to the level of the recipient?

Yes they scale whenever you take them out of the mail so long as they are gifts and not items.

*special ability of turning condemn into a 40 wrath spender instead of it being a cool down skill.

Which drops the cooldown of heaven's fury by 45-50%
Ill pay for either (have about 3mil) or help anyone with anything that I am able.

I'm stuck at far as my Monk goes,I manage expert okay but Master is just killing me, Rifts and bounties are a no go in that difficulty.
I don't know what I'm doing really,if anyone wouldn't mind helping I'd appreciate it, a simple build guide and to check my in-game character is all I really ask for.(Even on PC I cant enter Torment, I don't think I'm good at Diablo games)

What the fuck, this isn't how you do it. I'm always happy to help people, that's why we all signed up but come on. May not be from here (hopefully) but we could have people using the list to send out spam messages like this. Looking at their trophies this is somebody who looking at the trophies is at max level and has completed the game already while I'm only on Act II.
Unless this is somebody on here has done this and they have a good explanation as to why they've done then I'm going to report then they're going to get a grief report on PSN.

Man I'm so dumb. I sent him some gold just a while ago. Thought he was from gaf and didn't bother to check.
Well, maybe it is genuine but something just seems very wrong about it to me. All their other PSN information is listed as Private (fair enough, doesn't mean it's fake) and the only game they've played is Diablo III. I could well be wrong and that's one of the reasons that I've posted it here first so that they can at least explain themselves if it is genuine. Although it may be fine I'd just recommend that people are very wary as they're also not listed in this thread so adding everything together makes me think that the account was created and these messages are sent out maybe so that they account can be sold on.
I get the feeling that a few people on the list will have got requests for money from them.

I've been playing for three days on my crusader and i'm hooked. Have sent out four legendary items already (to random gaffers i added for Destiny). Also received a few myself early on, thanks.
Anyway, i will continue to hand down all my legendary items as usual.

Started from scratch at the weekend, lvl 68 Monk now with about 1.5m gold, will give some away once I start making more. Will also start stashing any good Legendary items instead of nuking them. (PSN - AbandonedTrolley)

Hi guys, I want to say thanks for the gifts! Yesterday I was given a couple of legendary weapons (thank you) and I picked them up from the mail box and equipped them. I played a little through the end of act 1 and then shut the game down. The next time I started D3 the weapons were gone. Unfrackenbelievable. Man that just sucked. I wonder why that happened? Thanks anyway and I do appreciate it.
