DICE shareholders stop buyout?

A developing story is taking place as it appears the stockholders for Digital Illusions CE will not approve of the buyout by Electronic Arts at their current offer. One of Sweden's most respected business newspapers is reporting that two factions, controlling 16% and 12% of the stock, will not vote for the merger. 90% of the stockholders' support is needed for approval. Both stockholder factions feel that next year will yield them a large boost and that fact was not taken into account with EA's offer. DICE offered no comment at the time.

Who holds the record for fastest price drop. RSC2 should be close.

Well, then again rally games always sell like shit in USA. I guess you have enough with your great Nascar games.
Actually I believe RSC1 is still the best selling rally game in america this gen.

In Europe, RSC2 is still close to full price.

Rock on duders! I was kind of excited then I saw "at current offer". Let's hope EA doesn't think they are worth as much as these two want.

I dont know anyone who buys those Nascar games except Shpankey and he is only into the papyrus one.

I would be willing to bet that Rally games still do better than NASCAR games in the US. ....I hope.

Hehe, it's not like these guys are doing this because of "loyalty" or something like that. They want more money, just like EA. :P
