Her nose and boobs are the same, always have been, she has large natural boobs and that nose has been her nose since she was born. I'm Australian, I actually know someone that knows Alanah, I can tell you first hand she is all natural and if you know anything about her personality, she wouldn't do anything like that. I don't know why people just look at pictures and make assumptions, this is a prime example of the problems and side effects from social media. Why say it if you don't know? I could say The Rock snorts cocaine and people would believe it because I said it on the internet, which is asinine.
