Revolution can play DVD's, therefore, a digital output is needed for Dolby Digital and DTS.

in less than a year I'll be getting a KICKASS LCD that I'll connect all my shit to it.. PC/consoles/DVD

I already have a good surround system, but its only 5.1, and I don't think getting a decent surround system will cost as much as a new TV.. hey... why I'm going WAAAAAAAAY OT ...


anyway.. digital output is a must, cuz almost everyone I know has a surround system in his room/house, its not like HDTVs or something
