I need a decent digital camera that's arounf the $200- $250 range, 4 to 5 mp and takes decent shots on the fly. I've considered HP, but I heard they suck..Olympus? Fuji?

I had the T1 version of that and only had for for about 10 months before it was stolen. (Drunk at a party)
So now I want to buy that one unless anyone else can recommend a better camera thats the same size. There were times when I can take great pictures outdoors. But there was a lot I didn't know about that camera.
