Is this just a bundle pack of import figures or did NIS made a special USA version?

The packaging is by NIS America, but the figures themselves are identical to the import ones I believe.

There's an import store in Sydney that had some of these a few months ago and I pretty much cleared them out. I got the Penguin though so I was happy.

Pretty much but the NIS america logo is on'em instead Really awesome of them to go all out like that.

Are there any seals of any kind on the packaging? I want to know if Plenair is included in the set I'll buy and the seller will have to open up the set to verify.
