So I want to play Oblivion on the Cloud, however, I wanted to ask if the game already comes with the DLC or is it the standard version?
If it is the standard version and if I buy the DLC's, will it work on the Cloud or not? Believe the question pertains for all the games on XCloud.

Looks like it's the standard version on Game Pass. Yes you can purchase and play DLC in the cloud.

The games that you have DLC for will have the DLC in XCloud.

Any dlc you buy is tied to your account, they will work cloud or console and if a game gets removed from game pass you can buy the game and all your dlc will be there waiting.
