Having lunch with colleagues is a great way to socialize, and I do notice the decrease in human interaction due to remote working. I wouldn't do "remote lunch" through video conference though, since the lunch part is more an excuse than a part of the process (you don't really need/want to see people chewing their food, you just take that opportunity to chit-chat about non-work related topics).
We did have "remote coffee breaks" sessions on Teams during the first lockdown last Spring, those were ok, especially for the fans of gossip.
