Does Sonic Mega Collection Plus PS2 include Dr. Robotnics Puyo-Puyo game?

I can't find any other domestic Puyo-Puyo games for the PS2, so I am hoping this collection will have it...

Oh, and does it have a 2 player mode?

Mean Bean Machine? Well, the GC version has it, so I guess the PS2 version should too. Yes, it has a two player mode. It's incredibly hard in one player too.
