I got a manufacturer refurbished SE. Everything seems normal and official so far. Except for the store. The ios version was on 10.2. and the store didn't seem like the usual app store. It was a very basic version of it with no animation tiles. Just 3 rows of different categories. I could still download apps from it though.

After I updated to ios 13 the store changed to the traditional one with all the animated graphics and advertisements.

Is this normal? Did 10.2 not support the full app store or something? Or is the phone fake?

You were on an old ass OS. That's it. Now you can reap the benefits of the latest version

Do an update and you'll be all set.
I originally thought that this was going to be about a much older device before the transition to 64 bit. I still have an old 32 bit iPad mini so that I can use the old apps that didn't switch over. Stuff like The Final Hours apps. I really wish the Mass Effect 3 and Portal 2 apps carried over as they were awesome with all of the interactive parts.
