I'm contemplating getting a DS soon. I was wondering, those of you who bought the MK-bundle, does the red/silver color for the DS look good? I mean, how does it compare with the Electric Blue for example? Maybe some of you could post pictures to accompany descriptions.

BTW, is the Blue DS glittery blue (kinda like the white one is glittery) or is it a matte color? Same Q for the red/silver version.

blue seems matte, but the blue is a shiny blue.. but not a glittery.. (man this is confusing)

hmmm...from my frds ds...the blue one looks glittery, and the red (the japanese red/black) is matte.

Edit: As opposed to the nice looking Jp red and black DS, I meant.

I got to see the electric blue DS today: went to gamestop to get the MK bundle, but they were out of them, so I asked if he could show me the blue one, and thankfully he had a used unit he could let me have a look at.

I like the blue unit. The blue is kinda metallic but not glittery like the JPN white version. And the matte black bottom fits nicely. I can see myself getting the blue one. I'll head back to gamestop later today when they've gotten some bundles in. Hopefully the red and silver goes well together or I'll have to hold out on a new color or a blue bundle (or some kind of deal).
