He says horrible shit sometimes, but I can't help but be entertained by him, and some corner of my being somewhere feels gratified by his willingness to trash anyone, especially the time he trashed all the republcan candidates who went to a dinner to grovel for money from Sheldon.
While I have almsot uniformly liberal points of view (some areas are a bit more complicated, but mostly liberal) my hate and disdain for the entire political system and process is strong, so when Trump dumps on it, a part of me somewhere is going "yeah! that felt good!" so l can sort of understand the appeal of Trump for the republican base.
End of the day, though, he won't win. If I had to bet money on it I'd even bet he doesn't win the nomination and will likely flame out long before super tuesday. The republicans are sewing their wild oats right now, but ultimately they'll fall in line. Just watch.
