Nothing says they have to. Even if it runs at 10FPS, it still exists.

I'd imagine surely a better hardware budget will make it easier for them to make a more stable Pokemon game. I love that Sun/Moon's solution to the 3D problem was to have it only on during the camera parts.

That's the spot they can really fuck this up in... And battery life.

In all fairness, a three minute vid with a release date and a press release that showed about as much as the three minute video isn't the best way to announce something.

No news on it until next year is also absurd.

Many people were expecting something for the holidays, some hype at least.
