They were doing amazing during the Group Stage, and even not bad during the UB. Not sure what happened in the GF, I can imagine them tilting and getting really nervous, that's what their tiebreaker against NP looked like. I don't think anyone on Freedom has been to a Valve event let alone a TI.

EDIT: Sneyking was at TI3 with Dignitas and TI4 with NAR'vi actually.

I think the problem with the lesser known casters like you and Lyrical, basskip is that you don't have a set personality. Grant is the Walmart white trash, Lumi is the engrish guy, xyclopz is well xyclopz, but you don't have a set personality yet except evil bulba.

I would recommend being the anime guy or the hypebeast fashion guy, but it's your brand to build.
You got the voice and nobody aside from Ayesee can top you on that atm

You did great! Evil Bulba was pretty good too. That whole hub was excellent. How long did you end up casting per day? It seemed like there was Dota basically 24/7 (at least in my time zone) and casters rotated some, but I felt like I saw some casters for like a whole day sometimes.

Yeah, definitely something I need to consider. At the minimum this event was just me benchmarking how well I can keep up in a live environment. Turns out it's actually much easier than I expected when you don't have to worry about camera control, and in a tricast/panel environment bouncing off multiple people is a lot more relaxing than just a duo cast. In the future I'll probably feel more comfortable bringing some more persona into it.

The official 'shifts' were ~8-10 hours, mine being on EU time. After that you were free to do whatever, but I didn't really want to leave since hanging out with all those people on the fun stream was far more enjoyable than sitting around in my hotel doing nothing. I'd say I spent ~18 hours each day at the studio and casted for about ~6-9 of those.
