High blood pressure and head trauma are two ways, but I believe they can spontaneously appear as well.

I’ve had double vision for the past year, decided to get an MRI a month ago and a 2mm aneurism was found. Supposedly that’s the smallest they can get, but it’s still scary to know it’s in your head.
