I was close to buying this again at the record store for $8...maybe later.


But I picked up Vandal Hearts for $18 instead.

4 disc horizontal shooter. Yes, 4 discs! Based on an entirely fictitious giant robot anime where each level was an episode. In between levels there are funny commercials promoting the made up anime with fake toys, shampoo, candy and just about every popular merchandising option in Japan. Brilliant idea and a lot of fun to play!

YES! This game is pure awesome. The one 2D shooter that I NEVER hear any shooter fanatics talk about.
