To be fair "mostly solid" is kind of crap for a game that launched 2 weeks ago. But your point is taken.
It's a crap situation but this makes no sense unless it's sarcasm.
"This is only a game." Wrong. That's oversimplifying it. It's a product and a service that Evo committed to release. I don't think most people suspect them of being scam artists, but rather vastly incompetent. You don't get away with releasing subpar products under the guise of "this is a game!"
I guess I missed the part of business where difficulty in the nature of an industry is an excuse for releasing a broken product.

On PS4 I think Need for Speed last year is the only one?
I think I can see why some people are upset, but there's plenty of other games out there. I mean technically people that have PS4s are still considered to be early adopters. So I would imagine some genres still aren't flesh out with good games yet. So we get halfass games like this.
The difference being that consumers don't watch in progress versions of films. Films are finalized before people get to see them. The final versions at theaters are hard files that are being read, there is no room for a film to be buggy when viewing it, unless there's a hardware issue with the equipment running it. And in a perfect world all games would be like that too, but it's just not the way it is because software running code has a lot more room for shit to go wrong. Again, the nature of software development. The comparison to movies "being buggy" doesn't work.
What qualifies as "far too upset" in your mind? Making nebulous and vast statements about ITT is really kind of lowbrow.
