At what %?

from snes ds forum:

the operation was completed successfully in 2:26.
your rate for collecting items was: 62%

terrible run but super metroid works from beginning to end, if you don't count invisible phantoon and black screen draygon.

loopy is a damn good programmer, so I expect this emu to be very good in the near future.

Has anyone tried this yet? I'm really curious to know how well it performs.

what are the odds of this being a better emulator for the SNES than the PSP does?

Super doubtful, at this point. The recent SNES emulator for PSP runs really damn well (many games at full speed + v-sync + sound). That was only his first release. It should improve greatly...

Lesser, but its alot more convenient.
More convenient? How so? The DS requires additional hardware in order to load up emulators. You can do emulation on PSP right out of the box, provided you have a 1.50.

haven't tried it, but I heard it's getting better with each release. You should check the official snes ds forum here

That alone is a huge disadvantage. I hear of people owning 2 PSPs one so they can update, the other to stay at 1.50. Not being able to get the new features or updates enhancing the PSP isn't very good.

PSP requires a memory device as well.

32mb is enough for a number of roms and that is included.
Depends how you play your roms. Most people would want more space to fit plenty of NES and SNES roms like as described for the PSP topics. I'm not bashing the PSP emulation capabilites, like I said before its just more convenient without hindering your systems future capabilites.

Naturally, but the point is that you CAN use emulators RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX.

Times like this I wish I had access to a conventional PC as apposed to a MAC. No matter what anyone says, this kind of stuff is where the PC is king.

I just wish I could get a mod done and just transfer roms via USB to a flash cart of some sort with this.

being a mac guy myself i agree with you 100%

So does anyone here actually have a flash card and any experience with the NDS emulators? Is there anything that's worth getting at the moment or anything good?
