The game played at the end of the clip(13:53), is that Gears of War? Is it running on Xbox 360 hardware/dev kits??? It looked gorgeous! :O The frame rate was quite smooth.

It's Gears of Wars, but it's not running on 360 dev kits since they were not powerful enough for E3. It's running on the same hardware as everything else (dual 6800 SLI IIRC).
