What's the big surprise? $249 is the same as the launch price as the PSP, and it didn't help it much in the long term. I'd be more impressed if they announced lower retail game prices.

I'd say that was pretty much an A. Everything about the PSP2/Vita is Brilliant. The price is a little high for the 3G (probably will be contracted for cheaper?) but the Wifi model is around the price of the PSP originally was, so not too bad for what you're getting.

MNR, LBP, SF vs Tekken, and Unchartedreally makes me want one.

I don't really give a damn about a PS4 right now. Just let me have the ability to buy those games with a PS3 version for "transfarring" as Kojima would say between the two and connect them both to the same servers and content and you have a pure portable winner.
