E3 2011 Sony Conference Thread [Over]

IM SOLD, i mean come on lets be honest most pc monitors that support 3D cost 399 dollars, you get glasses and a game with it, its not a bad price
 
$499 seems expensive, but that's such a clutch way to do 2-player. If more games support this, I might just bite.
 
Wow, using 3D tech to provide a new "split screen" experience (obviously when using this mode neither player will see 3D) is rather cool, and I'd think it would be supported regardless of the actual display you're using - sounds like it's something that needs to be coded into a game's 3D support rather having anything to do with the hardware.

Although I suppose the glasses have to support "flickering" properly, so maybe you do need certain glasses to do this?
 
I'd say $499 is a steal since you get Resistance 3, the HDMI cable and the glasses. At least in my mind.

I think they picked the wrong game though, should have been Uncharted 3...
