It certainly isn't the nail in the coffin, but the 3DS does not currently have a pricing advantage over the NGP, which clearly has more features.

Nintendo's software is important for sure, but affordability has always been one of their big advantages for portables. I'm not saying the 3DS will die but it certainly will not dominate at it's current price point if the Vita one is true.

Where's the Vita's 3D? Can the Vita play physical copies of PSP games?
The "more features" are just fillers. "More features" didn't help the PS3 beat over the 360, even now that they're at similar price points.


And the 3DS wasn't going to dominate at that price anyway. 250 is too high for any mass market gaming portable.

250 is going to kill BOTH handheld systems. Nobody is going to be the winner.
