It takes place at the Los Angeles Convention Center if thats what you're asking.

If you click on Whats New you will see an E32012 icon for you to click on. Supposed to start at 9pm est but I just clicked on it and it has a timer for 2 hours and 15 minutes counting down saying live broadcast so they must be doing pre E3 show stuff.

YouTube isn't good for streaming on mobile, it streams HD and I don't think there isn't an option to lower the quality so it's always buffering :/

So, what feed did you watch, and how was it?
I watched the gamespot youtube stream. No lagging or stream stopping. However, it was low res (480p maximum). That was annoying, to be honest.
