Gamestop's has ad banners down the side and other stuff.
It's a similar format, but that's nothing new.

The company that owns Best Buy bought Future Shop here in Canada a few years ago and they still have separate stores (and sites) and they price match against each other. :lol

Ugh, the downward assimilaton of EBgames has begun. I see besides the ugly amateur looking tabs/buttons redesign the best sellers list has been cut down to only 3 games per system instead of 4 like it used to be. I'm sure this is just the first stage of downgrade to EB's website, with many more to come in the future. It's only a matter of time until daily obnoxious countdown clocks are integrated into the EB frontpage. I can't say I didn't see this coming, but I was somehow hoping that EBgames would be left in charge of the website design. Yeah right, you know how mergers go.
