If you look at it in the thumbnail through that link it looks sort of like an aliens head.

There are 17 dots horizontally and 20 vertically. 17*20 = 340. So that makes no sense.

18*20 = 360 though. Coincidence? Am I missing a horizontal dot somewhere?

Pay attention: Those are vents on the left. This is definitely a vent story. The fishing hook means they've snagged the story of the decade. No vents. NONE.

it's pixel art that's been shrunk down into circular dots--if you reverse the process, it should be easy
