Can You Imagine What SureAI Is Going To Do With Garfield?
I'm watching this right now on AMCHD and the movement looks way off like it's in 60 frames per second or at least higher frames per second and the usual television show. Today do this for the show on TV?

It's probably undercranking. A lot of action scenes are shot that way in order to make the action look faster on screen.

I could of swore I read some story / ad with Tom Cruise saying that people should turn off their motion blur, or whatever, prevention settings on their 4K TV's to prevent weird image quality like this. Like on LG TV's it's called TrueMotion.

He totally did, but it would be odd if this is the first time OP is noticing it if it was enabled.

It could also be that Cruise was aware that the way they shot and mastered some of his movies this would be a problem for some, so the OP is only just now noticing this in one of his movies?
