This is just childlike, narcissistic, perma-online public-facing people who had a relationship falling out, are left with hurt feelings and negative emotions, and are attempting to ruin each other's reputations after the fact.

I don't care what these people claim they did to each other within a toxic and immature relationship that they both decided to remain in. It's going to be full of distortions and unfalsifiable claims.
 
If you have some actual evidence of misconduct, file a police a report and handle it that way, everything else is just he said/she said hearsay that nobody can verify and is bound to be full of embellishments and leaving things out to make their own party look better; best to just ignore it instead of giving them attention about it.

Don't know most of these streamers but it's clear this guy got some fetish with Asian-looking girls and probably still thinks Asian girls are submissive like in the "old days". Kind of makes me think in that Death Wish one where the Asian guy tries touching the daughter of Charles because he had seen that happen when he was in Japan and the girls shouts instead. He looks like he expects every girl (in general and probably Asians in particular) to be submissive. Disgusting but it's what young people watch and they adore drama.

The real issue is the victim's consent.

1. Individual streamers can use the "time out" feature in chat, block them, or use the "kick" functions. It's a UI design problem when these features are not used.

Access to adult content should be in sync with the host country's laws. Porn activity is legal in many jurisdictions.

Emiru being assaulted involves adults above the age of consent. Your underage bans are red herrings.

2. The website platform should allow the streamer to easily reject donations from individuals above a certain threshold. The money transfer should be rejected without the hassle of returning the money process.

Twitch started out as a videogame site from the jump. Around 2018 it changed if I recall correctly.
It was especially weird to see Fortnite explode, all young kids flocking towards streaming and IRL content took off at the same time,
 
Perfect opportunity for Asmongold to get more viewers and shit on Miz. Something like that could never happen to him because he spends all his time in front of his computer with his hot takes. Incidents like these are the reason why I stopped watching Twitch — 99% of all streamers are trash.

I agree with you in most cases about streamers being drama farmers, but I don't think that applies here. They kept their relationship mostly private, and when things got bad she left him and told him to leave her alone. That's not drama farming. She attempted to resolve the issue privately, quietly, and just move on with her life. But he wouldn't allow her. Miz continued to stalk and harass her for a long time afterward.

Even if you want to argue that she could've just filed a restraining order and kept things hush hush, what would that really done in the end? It might have resolved things for her personally, but the reality is Mizkif would not have suffered any true consequences and would've moved on to do the same kind of bullshit with another woman. And he absolutely would have. There are other women who have spoken out about him. So there's a clear pattern of behavior here. A destructive kind of behavior that could one day lead to somebody getting badly hurt.

So fuck him, he deserves this.
