Unlike its free predecessor, Enemy Territory: Quake Wars will be a full, packaged, stand-alone product sold in stores. The game is in development for the PC along with other platforms, though for now id and Activision aren't specifying which. We expect to learn much more about the title at E3 this week, so keep your eyes here for more.

This game will make me get X360, it will be SO awesome on Live. Good ol' objective, team-based multi-player...I've missed you ever since Wolfenstein:ToW.

Edit: Bonus, they should package this in with Quake 4. Does Q4 even have it's own multi-player component? If not, there's a good chance that might happen.

I can't be the only person who enjoyed the objective modes of Wolfenstein XBox and ET for PC.

Wolfenstien XBox was a classic. Wish I had played more ET.

Quake 4 has deathmatch type modes..

Even if this is sold separately at $50 or even $60 I'd buy it in a heartbeat. I must have put hundreds of hours into Wolfensten Xbox, it was too damned good online. I don't even like the Quake universe, but if they can make another compelling online game I'm there.

i wouldnt buy quake 4 but id definitely consider a new enemy territory
