To be serious, at one point there was a sbarro there, but the last time I went I didn't see one. Even the chick fil a was closed, and it wasn't even Sunday.
They can even maintain a portion of the building with stores in a mini mal that will fair much better with the traffic generated by epic employees and make them look good with the comunitie.... and of course make some money.
There's a whole subculture of mall explorers on youtube. Pretty grim stuff. Most cities should hope they get repurposed, or they'll turn into wastelands of toxic mold and homeless encampments the cops wont even go in.
