What was the point of changing the starting kick rule where now one guy can stand in the center instead of two?

And this one was made on the spot but the fourth sub in extra time? Now we need tests!

That's not what the rule was about. Previously, the rule stated kick-offs needed to be kicked forward, so you'd usually need two players in the center: one to kick the ball forward, and the other to pass it back.

Now, the rule was changed so that the ball can be kicked back. So there's no need for two players anymore.


Also, there are no rules specifying how many players the kick-off team can have in the circle. The entire team can be there if they wish to.

No.

Only three of the substitutes listed on the match sheet may take part in the match. A player who has been substituted may take no further part in the match.
