I'll be getting a X360 Premium Pack at launch.

But I just looked at the specs and I wonder what will be included with it.

I know the HD cables will be included but I have a regular TV, it says that it'll work with "standard-definition TVs" so will I be ok or I should buy the regular AV cables?

Also, it comes with a wireless controller but is the thingy to recharge it included as well? I'm not sure that I want to buy the extra cord to recharge it.

Anyone might know? I'm kind of excited because I like the interface and Live connectivity but the games that I want don't look like they'll be released on Day 1. (Yeah, I'm talking about Perfect Dark).
 
The controller recharge pack is not included with the Premium Package but you can still put batteries into your wireless controller. Also, you get the 360 remote in the package.

The premium pack includes a connector that has both component and composite video cables.
 
After playing the 360, I'm not impressed. The 1st party games were nice(PGR3, PD0) but everything else looked like higher res xbox games or PC ports.

You're not allowed to say anything negative about the Xbox 360 and if you do you're a hater/troll. You must also admit that PD0 is the best looking nextgen game so far, these are the rules.

out of the games that I saw: PGR3 and PD0 were clearly the best. Call of Duty 2 was good too. Tony Hawk, Saints Row, Ridge Racer 6 and Gun = high rez xbox games. Full Auto was kinda cool but the game had major slow down when I blew a car up. I gave some gamplay footage of PGR3 to Matlock before (it's much lighter) let's see what he does with it.

EBGuy did you view the same PDZ build as was shown in the five leaked videos?
If so, is it true that the some physics and AI routines were off?

no EA showed the same videos that we've been watching. The wouldn't let us play PDZ but they guy was playing it live. It was amazing

no this was a near final build, all physics and AI were in full force. great game, not game of the show though, I'll give that honor to .......... guitar hero and virtua tennis PSP
 
no video, they wouldn't let me, whenever matlock puts up my PGR3 video, you'll see the girl put her had in front of my camera. It's not over the top like fight night but it's there, looks cool on explosions.
 
i dont know what the fuck MS are doing with the rechargable wireless controllers.

So it takes normal batteries? I have to buy a seperate battery pack and cable?

I've pretty much paid for those but it sounds like a headache. And thanks for the PD impressions EB guy, were you a fan of the original?

It takes batteries right out of the box, but you can also buy a recharger pack that comes with a rechargeable battery pack and a charging cable.

you can use either, the easiest was is to get the play and charge kit and the rechargeable battery. (oh the controller is a slice of heaven)

never played it, I didn't like the N64 that much.

I try to be honest and fair (though I admit that I am a bit biased...but nowhere near to the degree you'd think).

still don't know where I said not to buy it, or tried to convince him not to buy it. Is somebody on the rag today?
 
With regards to the controller, I was told the wireless controller in the premium pack can be recharged while NOT playing it, but if you buy the recharge pack, you can play while recharging. This sounded like bullshit when I heard it. But what the hell? Which is it?

Ok so when shooting at an enemy, there was never any scripted animation? Only ragdoll?
For example in Halo 2 when you snipe someone in the neck there's a scripted animation of the spartan holding his neck while on the ground. Was there anything like that in what you saw of PDZ?

I didn't notice that, sorry. The guy was moving around way too fast to see that, they did seem to react to where they were getting shot though. (720p res looked freekin sweet)
