ok maybe just MY favorite console but damn it I am a glutton for punishment. But maybe 3DO getting an FPGA core will convince more people to give the games a shot as there is a decent amount to love on 3DO

It had some great games. Guardian War, Road Rash, Space Hulk, Star Control, The Horde. Also a couple of combat type racing games that I can't remember the name of. Really good arcade ports of Samurai Showdown and SF2 Hyper or Turbo whatever.

People bitch about the switch 2 price but low and behind there were kids like me in the 90s that was enamored by the 3DO, saved up 700 bucks to buy and it was the worst purchase even to this day

3DO library is certified trash, what a waste of effort to let that garbage be played in the modern age. It was shit back then & nothings changed.

I can't think of a single reason why I would want to play a 3DO game today. Many of the decent games were ported to PSX and Saturn. We've even gotten modern remasters of some of the curiosities like Killing Time.
