Bless Capcom for being among the last big devs who don't take themselves so seriously and still create these retarded but very fun concepts. The combat will probably be great too, their last foray into the pure TPS genre was genuinely fantastic (Lost Planet 2) and even Resident Evil 6 had excellent core mechanics.
