I wonder if anyone here actually got the game?

Im going to give this game the full test with a 12 week pretty hard exercise program.
Thinking about writing a journal which Im gonna post when it ends(mid january).
Assuming someone is interested to read/hear about the game and result that is.

I tried it, but my living room simply wasn't big enough...even with that lense attachment. Seems like a pretty serious exercise "game" though...naturally, in order to actually achieve noticable results you'll have to eat and sleep right as well.

My wife has it, and seems to enjoying it after a few weeks. However, as she's in bed with the flu right now I'd expect the personal trainers to give her abuse about missing a few sessions.

Here is some results of a study in the University of Granada, try altalavista trans to see if you can make something out of it. Personally i'm at the 3rd week of training and seems to work, specially the extra excercises(the ones that don't requiere the eyetoy) of course you need about a 4 or 3 round meters of space, and good illumination.

Dammit. Everyone should speak english on the internet :p if they can't they should learn it before they get on.

j/k, but its annoying when cool stuff isn't in english. Imagine how annoying the internet is to people that can't speak english?

There was a PAL impressions thread a few weeks ago.

I've completed my first month and am sticking with it. It seems to do the job, but it is a "serious exercise piece of software" rather than a fun game. It's also buggy (unless they tided it up for the US) and you do need to get your camera and lighting setup absolutely perfect (see the thread) to make the most of it.

Kind of. Starting my 4th week. I think it's not so much the lighting anymore, and more about the background. The title screen has a blank, white background to it, with a funky effect that creates large black pixels at the edge of any colour that changes - simpy put it allows you to see what the sensitivity of the Eyetoy can see when you move. Itbecomes apparent that any areas that are not well lit, or match your skin colour can be 'invisible' to the camera (crappy beige setting of my living room!). I've taken to using black socks and gloves, but even then it's not perfect, as dark areas on the screen also become invisible. But it works for the most part.

It's definitely a serious piece of software, thouh it's pretty fun (or funny even) to go at the combat mode like a Ninja or Spider-man. The annoying thing is some of the cardio pieces require precision, something my set up can't fully appreciate at the moment.

And Yoga seems damn hard (With Tai-Chi being next to impossible, as it's basically a video tutor, and they zip through pretty fast).
