Nope. It would take an enormous amount work to port it to consoles. During the E3 GS LIve demo events one of the devs from the FEAR team said that it won't be coming to next gen consoles.

from the multi beta, FEAR DM is just that. standard DM fare. it wont set the world on fire. so you wont be missing much.
