I like that Lizard Squad is tweeting about taking down FaceBook and Instagram. That's how you know they'll never take down Twitter. Because if they did, they'd have no place to brag about it. For them it's all about internet cred. If no one knows you did something, you might as well not have done that thing and someone else will take credit.
