CCS 70 END

A very heartwarming end to an absoluetly fantastic series.
The way the relationship between Sakura and Shaoran developed in the later half of the series was really well done and an absolute joy to watch unfold. Feel kinda sorry for Meilin though :(.
Now all that's left is the 2nd movie..... ;_____;

Great show. 2nd movie was a blast.

Horizon 5-10

With all due respect to Geneijin I think he's completely off base on where this show went. It got much, much better
once it got past that "reset" point for lack of a better term
. The story actually starts to make some sense and things actually start to happen. It's coherent and interesting, everything the first few episodes weren't. It's not a particularly great show but it wasn't a complete waste of my time like some other shows this season.

You know every time theres a Bones show which is hyped by Duckroll, it falls flat on the ground horribly. Although E7 is great,I have to remain cautious about it.

The content changes but the writing remains as bad. Coherency doesn't equate to being necessarily better.

And there's less writing and more stuff happening. It's actually enjoyable.

I think we've gone through this already >:/

In defense of Duckroll, it's not just limited to BONES shows.

This is guilty crown punishing the viewer for daring to hope.

There was an entire episode in the latter half (8) dedicated to chatting. >.> Even the 'actiony' episodes are still plagued by them.

I do think it's more enjoyable now, but the problems still remain the same, just less so in scale.

An important part of being friends is knowing a girl from a boy 12:

Why does the OP suddenly have obnoxious sound effects?! >_>;

Okay, watching more of Yozora talking to Tomo-chan is amusing. In fact it's only in these times that I've ever liked her character at all. Seeing her perspective during the earlier events at least feels like it's filling in a few blanks.

The way the class misinterprets her and Kodaka's conversation is pretty funny though.

Rika, you're too amazing for this show. That is all.

Sena, normally I'm on your side rather than Yozora's, but you deserved that one

Well, I'm off to the train station to pick up my kawaii Imouto. Back in a bit.

Boku no friends 12 END

A decent end to an above average series that I suprisingly enjoyed far more than I expected to, especially after watching the terrible OVA. The show needed less annoying loli's and more Rika and Yuki. dat short hair

Guilty Crown 11

Well Shu didn't pull a Simon, but he definitely pulled something and it was glorious. I love those kinds of scenes where
an opportunity presents itself one after another to use multiple powers
. Definitely makes everyone seem important and might be foreshadowing some nice character development for all of Shu's friends.

Ending was epic and the
introduction of another Void user
makes this scenario I proposed a little bit closer to actually happening.

This show has gotten so much better in the last few episodes that I am baffled by the complaints *shrug*

Hopefully they can get over the point of people fainting and being unable to recover so quickly, as it seems to make it impossible to shift back and forth between voids, though involving the friends has been good, hopefully they stick around for the rest of the ten episodes...and bring back Kenji's void, that one was so good.

Dirty Pair 4

Ybmvv.jpg

I like how the main tower gets knocked over in the first episode and stays that way in all the succeeding episodes, as a constant reminder of how the Dirty Pair's trademark "collateral damage".

Their inability to drive anywhere without causing multiple traffic accidents is also continually amusing.

Is Natsume that popular in Japan? I had no idea there was a fourth season.

Yep it's always 10k+ seller. Not amazing sales but consistently very good. lI'd imagine it's quite popular with the ladies (cause Natsume is hot) although I have no actual figures to actually back that up. Either way I'm stoked for the new season.

ToraDora OAV

Bento!
Had me nostalgic, was a perfect mix of humor and romance. I miss Toradora. Slightly disappointed that it didn't take place *after* the final season, and was instead during it.

All my childhood friends are dead 12

A perfectly reasonable ending to the show, though obviously with the foundation for a lot more should another season be adapted.

The show ended up being a zillion times better than I expected it to be. Shame that Index has to be involved, but hey, you take the bad with the good.

Toradora OVA

It's a fun little side story situated somewhere in the first half of the show. I probably would have liked it better had it been set after the events of the ending but I enjoyed revisiting the characters nonetheless.

Also, I'd have to say Taiga is probably the best kugiloli.

Bokutomo END

A good, albeit open ending.
Such bittersweet friendship, Sora and Taka are not the same people they were in the past. Pretty much redeems Yozora throughout the beginning, shes some kinda uber tsundere.

I look forward to season 2.

In his case, he sees it as them
not being as close of friends anymore.
In her case, it's probably that
she wants to be seen as somebody dateable this time around, or something like that
The whole
" Where will our relationship go from here" line felt like obvious wiring.
Though, I hope it surprises me.

Toradora OVA

Having just one extra episode is such a cocktease :(

I'd take a one-cour show of just sidestories, at least it'd be something!

Anywho, this show is at its best when Ryuji is being Ryuji and the OVA had that in spades. It's nothing special if you thought the show was okay, but I imagine the people who loved it will love this too.

Words can't express how happy it made me to see Toradora again. The lady that wrote the books, has she made anything new since the 3rd Spin-off book?

For Toradora? Not that I know of. Last I heard, she's still working on Golden Time.
