I've spent lots of time playing steam games offline. Lots of games do support offline achievement unlocks while you play, but they won't be stored to your account until you go online.
Good. Thanks!! 38 MINUTES LEFT !!!!

So VPN is safe to use with Steam?

I'm getting a patch (in the US, no VPN yet) that increased Fallout 4 from 23.8 GB size to 24.0 GB size.

Steam is telling me there's an update required, but it's not actually downloading. Any ideas how to force it?
> Run VPN from Aus
> Open Steam
> Unpack game

I had a question about the whole VPN unlocking thing. I live on a college campus and all the computers have to install this security network that prevents activities such as torrenting. Would I be able to use a VPN while synced up to this network?
I can't get flyvpn or vpngate to connect to AUS/NZ vpns. Are they just too busy at the moment?
If my PS4 preload doesn't start within the next five minutes, I'm cancelling my preorder, selling my PS4 and getting the XBox One copy.
If that copy's framerate freezes even once, I'm selling it, along with my XBox One, and getting the PC version.
If my PC version doesn't run at 4K 60FPS with my four year old mid-range graphics card, I'm selling it, along with my PC, and buying a PS4 and that version of the game.
If it matters to anyone Spotflux is an unspammed VPN with a no-form-to-sign 3 day trial. The install was tiny and ad-free and changing the region to sydney-australia was as simple as clicking from a dropdown list and waiting for it to connect. For me it worked almost immedaitely and I have been playing FO4 on my PC for the last few hours since the total download (after pre-loading days earlier) is no larger than 2.5mb. The rest was a matter of it just unpacking which it did a the same time.
Yeah. Only a certain number of these has hve passed around en masse and they have been hammered for like 8 hours now. At it's worst you couldn't even go to their websites to download them. That's why I chose Spotflux. It's not a "free vpn" but it does has a free trial period.
FlyVPN just disconnected while I was unpacking, and it seems Spotflux isn't working either.
