So who else is getting this beauty?

I downloaded a few Pip Boy watchfaces to my Moto 360 in preparation, but it's not enough. Anyone else totally gonna wear it while playing?

:)
No photo or links in the OP? For shame.....

What size phone will fit?

Bethesda Blog said:
We have new information on the phones compatible with the Pip-Boy Edition. The Pip-Boy included will have foam inserts that fit iPhone 6, iPhone 5/5s, iPhone 4/4S, Samsung Galaxy 5, and Samsung Galaxy 4. In addition, using the customizable foam insert you should be able to fit most other popular smartphone devices. As we wanted to stay faithful to the dimensions of the in-game model, any smartphones larger than the models listed will not fit inside the wearable device. For these larger devices, our Pip-Boy companion app will still be available.

Use this to compare the sizes of phones relative to each other:

It's got two in there, but you can remove them by clicking the small gray x below them and add any two you want.

I would buy it if it came with a digital edition. I am all done getting off my couch and popping in discs.

It's preordered. But I really don't know if I will keep it. I don't really need more junk, and I can just leave my phone next to me on the couch.

That thing looks enormous. I think it'd be cool as a novelty item, but I can see my arm getting tired while playing with that thing on. I'll probably stick to just the phone app.

Preordered. PC and PS4 versions actually, will likely cancel the PC version eventually and just but the game digitally there.

Yeah it's up on Amazon now. It's a $60 hunk of plastic, to be sure, but I've always wanted one so I don't mind eating the cost. I did kinda like Fallout 3's better tho...

This feels like something I will use for 15 minutes and then shelf it. I want it but was planning on picking it up at midnight somewhere and am not sure about platform yet.

A lot of people pre-ordered this in the e3 footage thread.

I ordered one for me and one for my wife. Both were for PC. Can't believe I'll have this in November!! I just hope this works with iPhone 6 plus. It would suck if our phone's are too big to fit in it :/

I pre-ordered on Amazon. I may or may not keep it, depending on if we get any info on the build quality of it. The images I've seen so far make it look really cheap and plasticky, though. Probably because it is.

Too bad it doesn't come with an art book. Loved the look of all that concept art they had at the beginning of the stream.

Definitely not. The app sounds interesting but I don't need that monstrosity strapped to my wrist and the base game already costs $80 CAD.

If that edition only comes with that as an extra then I don't know if I'll get it, but if there is some more content then I might consider it.

Nah. I agree with the GB guys, it looks like a cheap piece of crap.

edit: Holy fuck, it is $120? Fuck no.

Does anyone know if the physical PC games are DRM-free or Steam activated? I haven't bought physical PC game for at least 3 years.

Yeah I loved the stuff in the F3 lunchbox. Would prefer some of that over a plasticy lump but eh I'll take what I can get.

I'll get it events. Most collectors edition a outside of Nintendo and some Japanese stuff usually stick around and get discounted months after release.

I won't wait for it to go as low as possible but I'll wait for a discount to under $100.

Bethesda games have been Steam activated for the past few years, excluding Elder Scrolls Online. I'm sure this one will be too, but I'm not sure what that Bethesda Net stuff is about.
