Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition

Game just tweeted there is an issue with their Xbox One pre-order code. Will have it sorted soon. Glad to have confirmation it hasn't sold out yet.
 
Of all the retailers to get an exclusivity deal, why did it have to be fucking GAME.

Damn it, I am going to hate this but they're getting a pre order from me.
 
This will come in handy for cleaning out my inventory while I'm on the toilet. I can't say I'd use it much if I'm already playing the game, I'm sure its more convenient to bring up the in-game pip boy. This is a nice addition though.
 
Have an Amazon pre order but really need a bestbuy one. Hopefully when I head into the store later they still have some. When you order online even with in store it charges you right?
 
The more I think about it, the more I can't justify the cost. I just know I'll get sick of wearing the pipboy pretty quick, especially since I'll be using keyboard + mouse, and from the videos/pictures it looks cheap and plasticy.
I've no doubt I'll be able to get a steam key from somewhere like Nuuvem or Cdkeys for under £30 prior to launch, so an extra £70 minimum just isn't worth it.

Just got it from Best Buy on the Xbox One. Holy shit that's a lot of money for a piece of plastic. I couldn't help myself! This thing is too awesome. Best Buy still has them for PS4 and Xbox.
 
Whoever decided to give GAME the exclusive rights to this edition of the game should be fired or heavily demoted at the least.

Knowing them they will probably go bust by the time the game launches leaving all of us out of pocket.
 
I think their servers must be under a heavy load, that combined with their shitty coding makes for a lot of waiting around.

By the time we get done they'll all be sold.
 
Amazon is done.....all sold out. Glad I nabbed mine this morning, I'm a sucka for collectibles.

Now if only the MGS V collector's edition would re-stock.......

I just removed the £20 deposit from the basket and preordered it fine. It's only for a club thing that's facebook chat. Not worth paying now for.

yup I remember when Mass Effect 3 collector edition was exclusive to game and they collapsed a few weeks before release. I swore never to go through that again...... and here I am again doing the same thing again ...... I am an idiot.

on the "bright side" it looks like things are calming down and I just got my pipboy edition pre-ordered. Never again ...... till next time.

No, if you read the small print that Bobblehead will be available to purchase later on. I'd imagine the t-shirt will be for sale everywhere.
 
Got my PS4 Pip-Boy Copy pre-ordered through Game. In case it hasn't already been mentioned, there's a £20 deposit.

Also, I'm in Ireland, not the UK, so there's always a chance they could screw me over and cancel my pre-order because of weight restrictions, although they did ship the Assassins Creed Unity CE, so I'm hopeful they can deliver it here.
 
I take it GAME have sold out as it's not on their site.

Not that I want it, I'm just inrigued to see what kind of GAME tax they're adding on.
 
Eh. Looks kind of gross and I'd never actually use it. I'll just spend that $60 on another one of the great games coming out around that time.
